Pigs, Wings and Smoke Stacks

Went on a school field trip today, taking pictures and videos as usual, but nothing overly artsy. Then I saw this on the way back, looking out the moving bus window.
Immediately, “Pigs on the Wing” played in my head. It’s a song about relationships that can help us overcome our flaws – beautiful, just beautiful.

“If you didn’t care what happened to me,
And I didn’t care for you,
We would zig zag our way through the boredom and pain
Occasionally glancing up through the rain.
Wondering which of the buggars to blame
And watching for pigs on the wing.”

Monitor Lights

Took some candid photos of seniors at a local university in Bethlehem today. I really like these shot at ISO 1600, f2.8. The only sources of light were from the computer monitors and the projector!
