Cheese factory

Peter, my brother, and we stopped at the Bass Lake Cheese Factory, where Dad used to take us for fresh curds when we were kids. They squeaked when chewed, due to their incredible freshness.
Today, however, was somewhat disappointing since they were at least a couple of days old. Also, they seemed incredibly salty. Perhaps being in East Jerusalem for last three years, consuming low salt foods, has changed my tastebuds, for better. It was, however, a good trip down the memory lane.
